Toco Hills Community Alliance was founded in 1998 by the community of faith as a non-profit organization to provide emergency assistance by neighbors for neighbors. The organization became a qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and has expanded its service area in the northeast Atlanta area. We currently service a 5-zip code area providing emergency food supplies, rent, utility and transportation assistance.

The mission of the Toco Hills Community Alliance is to provide assistance and support for individuals and families living in the Northeastern part of Atlanta who face the possibility of the loss of housing and who are without food for themselves or their families.
